Citizens United joined with other conservative groups to file a “friend of the court” brief in support of a federal lawsuit brought by Texas and several other states with the goal of striking down the Obamacare law in light of Congress having repealed the tax penalty for failure to comply with the law’s healthcare insurance mandate.
