Cagle Post: Citizens United and Doctors Speak Out Against Obamacare

Obamacare was passed by Congress without a single Republican vote. Therefore, Citizens United Foundation and I decided to team up with three members of Congress who oppose the law to explain why it is bad for America. Not only are Congressmen Paul Broun of Georgia, John Fleming of Louisiana, and Andy Harris of Maryland outstanding conservative legislators, they all have expertise as medical doctors.

Dr. Broun served as a medical officer in the U. S. Navy. For most of his career, Dr. Broun has practiced general medicine and established a unique practice of full-time house calls.

Dr. Fleming ran his own family practice in Louisiana and later joined the staff of Minden Medical Center. In 2006, Fleming published a book which teaches parents how to help ensure their children avoid drug and alcohol addiction.

And Dr. Harris served as the Commanding officer for the Naval Reserve Medical Unit and Chief of Obstetric Anesthesiology at John Hopkins Hospital, as well as an Associate Professor of Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine.
